Touched Marking Project? is the collaboration project conducted among New Industry Creation Hatchery Center (NICHe), Tohoku University (Sendai city, Miyagi pref.) and Nonprofit Organization Shonan Citizen Media Network (Fujisawa city, Kanagawa pref.) and dc3 inc. (Yamagata city, Yamagata pref.). This is the project of creating and developing the product by sharing the mutual high technology and conceptions, along with creative ideas of each other.
